2. Using Conkai

3. Payments
   Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are shown in GBP and may be updated with notice.

   
   

4. Consultant credits
   Credits represent access to consultant time or guided support. They have no standalone cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

   
   

5. Cancellation
   You can cancel your plan anytime from your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

   
   

6. Liability
   Conkai provides marketing guidance and educational support. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes.
   Our total liability is limited to the value of your most recent monthly payment.

   
   

7. Updates to these Terms
   We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect product or legal changes. We’ll always let you know before updates take effect.
