We want you to get genuine value from Conkai.
If you’re not satisfied with your experience, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

We don’t usually offer refunds for past payments, but if there’s been an error, such as duplicate billing or accidental renewal, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll review it promptly.

Consultant credits
Credits purchased as part of your plan or as add-ons are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain valid for 90 days after cancellation.
